What can I expect from the event?

Prison Island Madrid-Alcorcón is an action game featuring a large play area and 27 cells with unique challenges. Unlike traditional escape rooms, this experience offers much more freedom and variety.

While an escape room requires you to solve a single scenario within a limited time, Prison Island Madrid-Alcorcón lets you and your team explore at your own pace. You can choose which challenges to tackle, repeat them as many times as you like, and test your strategy across a mix of physical, technical, and intellectual challenges.
Where does the experience take place? At X-Madrid shopping centre, Calle Oslo 53, 28922 Alcorcón (Madrid)
Is the experience indoors or outdoors? This experience takes place indoors.
How long does the experience last? The experience can last 60, 90, or 120 minutes, depending on the session selected.
Will food and drinks be available on site? Yes, drinks and snacks are available for purchase.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee additional dates. Check the experience page for up-to-date availability, as those are the confirmed dates and times.
Is there a dress code? Each participant is responsible for wearing appropriate clothing. In particular: i. Long hair tied back and no jewellery or items that could cause injury. ii. Spark Island is not responsible for damage or loss of clothing or personal items during activities.

Where can I get tickets?

On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

On the Fever website
Can I buy tickets at the door? We have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out when you arrive, so we strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your place. You can buy tickets on the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket within the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us and include your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to sign in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you do not have the app installed, download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to sign in with the same account you used to buy the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

This experience allows date changes or cancellations up to 48 hours before your booking. To make a change, contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase.

You can also check whether this option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps to modify your ticket.
Can I make a group booking? If you want to book for a large group, visit the groups page.

About event accessibility

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Participants must arrive 10 minutes before their booking to prepare their belongings and receive safety instructions. Late arrivals are not entitled to a refund or time extension.
Is the venue accessible? Yes.
Is the experience accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments? Unfortunately, this experience cannot be adapted for deaf people or people with visual impairments. We are working to make all our experiences as inclusive as possible and recommend exploring other experiences available in your city.
Will there be strobe lights? This event will not include strobe lighting.
Will toilets be available on site? The venue has toilets. Please ask our on-site staff to show you where they are.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Photography is not permitted during this experience, including with mobile phones.
Where can I enquire about lost property? We recommend asking venue staff if your belongings have been found. If you cannot check on site, contact us.
Is there a cloakroom? There is no cloakroom, but lockers will be available for jackets, phones, and personal items.
Is there an age requirement?

The minimum age to play Prison Island is 8 years and the maximum is 99 years. Children under 8 cannot participate under any circumstances, nor can they accompany other players.

The minimum age for a team without adults is 12 years. All team members must be at least 12; otherwise they cannot participate in the experience.
